MBTI CPD Webinar - Strengthening Your Resilience Using The MBTI
Time: 10:00am to 12:00pm

An MBTI Bite-size CPD Webinar - Thursday 1st March 2018, 10:00 - 12:00

Please Note: This session is only open to the KSS Leadership Academy and Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy MBTI Practitioners Community of Practice

Resilience is a vital quality for leaders and staff in the NHS.  Faced with significant workplace pressure and an overload of information, we all need to develop and maintain positive and healthy habits that will help us to handle this pressure effectively.

An understanding of psychological type is recognised as an important way of helping colleagues, our clients and ourselves to create strategies for building resilience.  This webinar is aimed at providing MBTI practitioners working in the NHS to better use type to understand individual differences in the experience of stress and in strengthening resilience.  A key part of the webinar is designed to provide you with the ideas and materials to use the MBTI as a tool to improve resilience.

The content of the webinar:

•             Definitions and models of resilience

•             How type can be used to understand how individuals experience stress

•             Identifying types at their best, what happens under pressure and when in distress

•             Developing an understanding of the energisers and stressors for individual types

•             Creating strategies and remedies based on type
