In response to this, the KSS Leadership Academy has developed a 1-day Self Discovery Workshop.
This opportunity will offer you the ability to ‘self’ explore and help plan the next steps of your career journey. The day has been designed as an entry-level workshop to support compassionate and inclusive leadership for all; and is aimed at clinical and non-clinical staff in band 5, 6 and 7.
